Changing or cancelling an order

In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. To add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been despatched, if the selected delivery method provides one, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

Bad Taste Bears will replace all damaged goods. However you MUST check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from us. Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our Returns Procedure.

If we shipped you the wrong item, simply email us a digital photo of the incorrect item and the shipping container to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.

Returns procedure

If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, no problem! You can return your item within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product.

To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box and include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number. We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return.

Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refund policy

Unless an item is returned due to an order being incorrect or damaged, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund. If an item has been personalised with a message or inscription, regrettably, these items cannot be returned to stock and therefore not available for refund. Refunds will be made via PayPal.

Ordering

All orders received by Chocolate Starfish Ltd are subject to availability at the time of receipt and acceptance of order. Orders will not be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay at the time of placing the order.

If an item is to be personalised with a message or inscription, this may delay the order.
